Assistant Land Manager

Pennsylvania General Energy Company, an oil and natural gas exploration company in NW PA presently has a new opening for an Assistant Land Manager. We are seeking an oil and natural gas or real estate attorney with 3-5 years experience to assist the land department in the administration and daily operations related to acquiring and securing access to properties for exploration and operational purposes including performing title curative. Requires interaction with outside professionals for lease and producing property acquisitions, title opinions and due diligence. Negotiate, prepare and administer oil and natural gas leases, operating agreements, farmout agreements, exploration agreements, surface use/damage/access agreements, settlement agreements, easements and rights-of-way and other agreements involving oil and natural gas rights. This newly created position within our company requires a high degree of energy and collaboration skills in the completion of assignments and projects and the selected candidate will experience all facets of duties associated with departmental responsibilities.
